Positivit FORMULA

Following this simple 5 step formula when you want to free yourself of anxiety, stress or depression can be awesome.  It takes a little time and effort, but it really works!  Try it!

1.  Clearly identify the challenge causing your stress and anxiety.

2.  Next clearly feel and name the emotion/s that have arisen from your experience of the challenge/s.

3.  Next identify the EMOTIONAL ZONE in which you find yourself.

4.  Next take the time to do one or two of the POSITIVIT PRACTICES 

suggested in Positivit that will effectively eliminate your adverse feelings and responses and move you to the... 

 Relaxed, Safe, Connection Zone.

Emotional Zones are the combination of body sensations, feelings, thoughts and beliefs.  When we sense threat we move to Red or Blue.  Positivit Practices move us back to Green.

5.  Finally clearly identify and enjoy the positive outcome/s of your healing work!!!
